Our students receive their education within the Tourism and Hotel Management Program of our department. In this program, students integrate the theoretical foundation required in the fields of accommodation, food and beverage, travel, and experience management with practice-oriented training supported by the digital systems used in the industry. Front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations are taught through hands-on training using industry-standard automation software such as OPERA, KERZZ, and similar systems. In this way, our graduates become not only professionals who know how the job is done, but also professionals who can effectively use the technologies employed in the sector.

The compulsory internship (40 working days) carried out within the program represents the first step of students’ transition into the industry. By completing their internships in different areas of tourism, students gain practical work experience before graduation, build professional networks, and start their careers on a strong foundation.

After completing the two-year (four-semester) program, our graduates can work in a wide range of fields such as accommodation and food & beverage businesses, maritime and airline companies, marinas, cruise ships, tour operators and travel agencies, as well as event and experience management organizations. Graduates who further develop their foreign language skills and professional competencies also have the opportunity to work in international hotel chains and tourism enterprises abroad.
